Position: Sea/air Freight Operation
Job Description:
-Handling customer services job. book with shipping line, warehouse and agent.
-Contact shipper, overseas agent and send all information on time.
-Data input.
-Keep overseas informed at all times of any incidences or change in originally arranged schedule
-ensure cargo can be shipped out smoothly.
REQUIREMENTS
-Degree holder in Logistics or previous experience in the sector
-At least 3 years experience in sea freight operation work, more preferable if you are good at handling LCL and air too.
-Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive approach
-Ability to perform under pressure
-Highly fluent in written and spoken English
