About the Job

Based in Shenzhen and /or Hong Kong, and reporting to an IT Manager,this Manager is responsible of managing the customer interface of our web platform,including our main web site www.asiainspection.com.He is in charge of the development of all improvements and features that have a direct interaction with customers.This includes the web site itself and the other communication channels like email,documents sent to customers.


Main responsibilities

· Collect ideas from all users in the company.

· Communicate with the internal teams (Sales, PMO, Operations) about new features and improvements.

· Translate the user requirements into the functional specifications and conduct impact analysis on business processes.

· Detect potential impact with other departments.

· Manage the project meeting; summarize the list of detailed ideas to CEO for formal approval.

· Work close to technical team to follow-up the implementation of approved improvements and features.

· Formulate the rollout planning and perform the acceptance test.

· Reporting on web site usage and propose ergonomic improvements.

Skills and experience requirements

· 8+ years working experience in IT or e-Commerce related industry

· Proven track record in web site implementation and e-commerce knowledge with the emphasis on user experience

· Basic technical skills in HTML and web technologies is a real advantage

· Strong Project management and business process analysis

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Detail oriented

· Fluent in English is mandatory

· Able to work on his own and act as a team
