职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责所有来客登记、认真寻问其来访目的，并通知相关接待部门；做好来宾接待；
2.负责总机电话的正确转接，做好所有业务咨询电话记录，并及时向相关负责人转达电话内容，负责收取传真，并及时送达相关部门及个人，做好保密工作；
3.负责公司层面文件及人事行政部文件的收发、张贴，做好收发记录，并按时归档、整理；协助进行行政方面简单文件通知的起草；
4.负责会议的安排与通知；
5.负责办公用品（日用品）的、入库及领用登记、发放；
6.负责前台电脑、复印机、打印机等办公设施的保养、清洁及维护，保证其正常运转；
7.负责每日报纸和信件的分类整理、分发；及时更新员工的电话号码和通讯地址等联系方式；
任职要求：
1.年龄22-27岁，大专以上学历，
2.性格热情开朗，工作耐心细致认真，积极主动，责任心强，能熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备；
3.具有良好的文字和语言表达能力，具备良好的沟通和协调能力，普通话流利；
