岗位职责：

1、负责参与工程项目方案谈判的技术工作；

2、负责提供工程项目前期财务成本核算计划；

3、负责整个工程项目施工过程中的各项协调工作和现场管理工作；

4、负责整个工程项目施工进度和品质控制工作；

5、负责工程项目完工后与甲方的验收及工程量确定工作；

6、负责订单审校等技术性服务，对相应的过程与结果负责。

岗位要求：

1、年龄30岁以上，45岁以下，2年以上工程项目管理经验；

2、大专以上学历，或持有项目主管文凭或证书；

3、熟悉公司工程作业流程，掌握相关办公隔断等工程专业知识；

4、熟悉5S管理、ISO9000管理体系流程，熟练word、excel等办公软件；

5、具有较好的沟通、组织及协调能力。
