职位描述
General Summary & Purpose:
Achieve individual sales target and assist in office target achievement. Maintain and develop the existing customer portfolio. Identify and develop new customers. Collect and process the market intelligence.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Standardized:
1. Achieve individual sales contribution target and assist in office contribution target achievement for both CIF and FOB business;
2. Achieve individual sales volume target and assist in office volume target achievement for both CIF and FOB business;
3. Optimize cargo mix to achieve the maximum contribution performance;
4. Initiate and follow up sales leads for FOB business;
5. Maintain existing customer portfolio, and update CRT timely for main customers;
6. Identify and develop new customers, including BCO and named accounts, always improve the healthy of customer portfolio;
7. Setup volume and contribution target per customers, update CFM timely;
8. Make customer’s short term forecast, and update VUP timely and accurately;
9. Improve sales competencies.
Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job):
Education: college graduation or above.
Experience: 2 years experience in shipping or logistics industry
Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Computer Literacy: word, excel, PowerPoint etc
Specialist Knowledge: Basic shipping knowledge, basic international trading knowledge
Essential Skills: Communication skills, coordination skills.
Core-Competence: result oriented, proactive and positive, work under pressure, constant driving, etc.
