职责:
？ 负责公共动力设备维护保养; 预防性维护保养计划编制及实施;
？ 负责厂房及附属设施的日常维修和保养计划编制及实施;;
？ 负责工厂安全及环保;
？ 固定资产管理

主要目标:
？ 确保工厂的供电供水供气正常;
？ 确保满足生产要求的公共动力设备稳定性及能力;
？ 无安全事故及确保工厂内各项设施符合环保要求;

主要任务:
？ 日常巡检、维护、操作规范的制定与实施;
？ 编写公共动力设备管理的各项规章制度;
？ 建立设备维修保养体系，制定并实施预防性设备维护保养计划;
？ 对工厂内供水、供电及所有设备的图纸、使用说明书等技术资料进行归档并建立设备台帐和档案;
？ 配合财务部门定期对固定资产进行盘点，并办理设备的报损、报废工作;
？ 编写安全生产管理的各项规章制度；
？ 对各项安全设施的安装、调配、更新与管理;
？ 及时发现并处理在生产过程中的安全事故与安全隐患;
？ 编制安全生产教育与培训计划，并定期对职工进行安全生产教育和培训;
？ 应急预案的编写及实施演练;
