Responsibilities:
？To optimise productivity in order to meet business goals of production volumes, quality and cost. Main resource for plant troubleshooting. Key resource for shutdown preparation and execution
？HSE support for the plant - audits, BBS, incident investigations.
？Support reliability initiatives on the plant.
？To provide cover as required for technology manager and Permit to Work approvals.

Requirements:
？B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering
？Minimum of 2 years industrial experience in a production or engineering role within the fine chemical or batch processing industries
？Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
？Well rounded engineering knowledge
？Competent level of computer literacy for data and Distributive Control Management System
？Willingness to develop into production management.
？Good English skill.
