VILEDA is worldwide market leader of mechanical cleaning products. The brand stands for easy cleaning and making the daily work of its consumers more efficient. Swash, our main brand in Asia, stands Smart & Strong product for a healthy home.

The HR manager will be located in Ningbo (China), and will assist in the accomplishment of the plant’s objectives and strategies.

Function description :

The HR manager will supervise a team of currently 5 persons.

Specific tasks include, but are not limited to :

• Manage and implement all HR functions according to corporate policies to achieve smooth business operation and high employee satisfaction.
• Monitor the implementation of the recruitment policies, guidelines and procedures and recommend recruitment solutions to attract the appropriate level and quality of staff; plan and conduct new employee integration program within the company
• Ensures the company complies with legal and social obligations in accordance with government’s requirements
• Review and benchmark the compensation and benefits scheme with the market practice to ensure they are competitive and equitable to attract and retain employees
• Assist in preparing annual budget for staff cost, head count
• Produce various HR reports and make recommendation for improvement as required
• Manage a proactive employee relations climate. Providing advice, counsel, and guidance to department directors, managers, supervisors, and executive staff. Communicate timely and effectively to all levels of employees when issues arise; assist in overseeing the corrective action process to ensure a firm, fair, consistent, and caring management approach to disciplinary events
• Define, implement and develop the best practices in terms of human resources policies: social & employee policy, compensation and salary policy, recruitment, training.
• Other tasks as assigned

Profile :

* .College diploma, preferable with special focus on HR management;

*.6 years + solid HR experience in manufacturing field, managing HR projects or change initiatives
*. Good mastery of statutory and local labor laws or regulations;

* Experience in multi-national company is preferred;

*. Good command of English;

* Strong communication, interpersonal, organization and coaching skills;

*. Familiar with MS Office software like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* External audit (such as Wal-Mart , Target) experience is expected
