JOB PURPOSE　
Work closely with sales to manage AR – reduce overdue AR, improve the order to cash process.
Support sales to improve the business SOP.
Establish a close work relationship with business finance to improve the reconciliation process


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify the order release request from business team and respond timely
Timely and correctly add and maintain customer information and credit limit.
Reports collection results and issues to management in a timely manner. This includes but is not limited to account follow-up.
Handle monthly reconciliation with customer and settle the variance timely
Check contract rebate and sponsor according to AR collection status, and maintain in system.
Prepare AR Aging reports, AR invoices status report and provide reason for overdue AR such as pending claims, goods returns, channel inventory.
Improve the invoice matching process together with sales team
Develop a good working relationships with key account sales and customer



Educational Background / Professional Qualification Requirement

Bachelor degree in finance, with good knowledge of Chinese accounting principles,

Work Experience Requirement

A minimum of 3 year of related working experience in AR & Credit functions in MNC, consumer industry preferred

Skill/Competence Requirement

Strong credit management and consumer industry knowledge
Knowledge about ERP system
Excellent interpersonal skill and decent communication skill with multiple functions
Good Analytical skills
Good business sense

Personal Characteristics Requirement　

Proactive, a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented

Language ability Requirement

Native Chinese speaking with good communication skills
Good command of English is a plus

Computer literacy Requirement

Good MS office skill, especially excel
Good knowledge of ERP system or any other finance system, JDE knowledge preferred
