Job Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for a team of QCs, with either in-line or final inspection functions
• Following closely to directions given by the manager in accordance to our Target AUS Brands'Quality Strategies
• Plan, organize and control all quality inspection functions at production factories
• Supervise , monitor & control QC inspectors performance
• Constantly train & coach each QC Inspectors to be efficient & effective
• Manage production factories quality & carry out improvement plan with the vendors to rectify any quality failures found
• Strive to ensure quality of goods shipping out to Target AUS Brands meets or exceeds Target AUS customers' requirements/expectations
• Proactively initiate & take prompt action to prevent any likely quality failures from occurring in production, &/or find ways to improve quality of the products before releasing any shipments
• Conduct factory technical audit & assess factory's production capability, & able to provide Corrective Action Plan for Factory to improve their production process capability & quality control system etc

Requirements:

• Polytechnic graduate with technical qualification in the products handled (Woven, Cut-&-Sewn, Sweaters, Kids Wears, Intimate, Leggings, accessories, & footwear etc).
• Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
• Good supervisory & management skills to lead & motivate inspectors, as well as production factories management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with internal staff (Merchandiser, QA, & Fab Tech. etc), as well as external parties (Vendors/Factories, 3rd party inspection service providers)
• At least 10 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Able to travel frequently within & out of China
• Good skills in the use of computer tools: outlooks, word, excel, power point etc
