Job Purpose:
Responsible supervise and manage assign site operations.
Main KPI including:
Product and process quality
On time delivery
Cost management
New product introduction
Drive for continuous quality, process and efficiency improvement.
Support functional requirement that involving site implementation and monitoring etc.

Key areas of accountability:
Implement structural manufacturing operations practices.
Drive manufacturing continuous improvement for process and product quality.
Cost Management and Improvement.
Ensure smooth and on time product TR, CR and MPR.
Key factory performance
CLIP and RLIP
FOR
Outgoing Quality
Scrap and Bad cost
Efficiency Improvement
Ensure sufficient resources as plan (people, line capacity, tooling and available material) to meet customer demands within agreed flexibility terms.
Factory is always ready for customer visit and audit.
Coach the operations team for better performance.

Qualification:
Academic / Professional Qualification: University graduate or above with majors of engineering, automation
Working Experience: 10 years above for Production Management
Have good understanding of Production Management and integral business concept
Sound knowledge and experiences of plant technologies and processes
Good understanding of PCP process
Master the knowledge of plant legal environment and local labor law
Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication skills
Good people management skills and influencing skills
