General Summary & Purpose:

Make sure invoice are issued on time, B/Ls are released without mistake, and AR are under well control.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

-Standardized-A

1. Responsible for AR control;

2. Monitor invoice issue status;

3. Released B/Ls against payment received;

4. Settle and book payments/collections in systems.

-Standardized-B

1. Be responsible for control of AR dues from overseas agents；

2. Make sure profit from state agents outside Shanghai are collected timely and correctly;

3. Assist CSAV to expedite CSAV’s AR due from COSCO.

Job Specifications

Education: -- College degree in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent

Experience: --More than one year relevant working experience is preferred

Language: -- Moderate English skills in writing and speaking, CET-4 at least

Computer Literacy: --Microsoft Office, especially in Excel

Specialist Knowledge: --Accountant certificate

Essential Skills: -- Careful; Good communication skills.

Core-Competence: -- Team Spirit; Customer focus.
