Objectives/Key Responsibilities:

 Input the orders into SAP. Follow up the routine procedure to update the data timely in SAP.

 Coordinate with Foshan and Hong Kong’s finance departments on credit issues and monitor the credit risk. Send credit status, alert payment due date to customers and received payment from customers on time.

 Coordinate with European counterpart for order arrangements to ensure the customers will received our products.

 Feedback customer complaints related to quality, documents, shipment…

 Coordinate with forwarders for proper shipment arrangement and document presentations.

 Submit documents to customers or LC issuing bank in a timely and accurate manner.

 Coordinate with plant’s logistics department for local delivery.

 Prepare weekly, monthly sales record, order book, credit report to conduct the overall sales work.

 Maintain good daily business contact with customers and follow-up routine business.

 Send new PP Automotive Safety Data Sheet to customer.

 Setting up customers master data into SAP and update them.

 Close contact with customers to be a convenient channel between central division

 Close contact with Shipping lines and banks to ensure everything running smoothly.

Profile Requirement:

 Bachelor degree of international Trading Logistics or related diploma.

 At least 2 years experience on logistics, shipping, import or export trading, etc.

 Strong communication skills.

 Team work spirit.

 Good English command.

 Good PC skills with SAP knowledge.
