职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Ensure processes and programs are in place, to deliver components and products that meet customer/code requirements.
A. Daily factory visits, raw material suppliers and final production factories - studying quality of goods,production process, keeping track of delivery schedules.Making sure production matches reference samples.Finish, assembly,color,logo etc.packing,packaging and master carton.
B.Pre shipment inspection - random spot checks,carton markings and carton quality.
C.Ensure shortcomings in quality standards are dealt with promptly and effectively.
2.Update ECR and prepare inspection report & COC in Sharepoint.
3.Follow up customer complaints and work out corrective actions.
4.Work with all other departments in the division for resolving quality issues and achieve compliance.
5.Work with other Sub-contractors,Vendors,External Certification Agencies and Customers to improve product quality.
6.Any duties that contribute to lower costs,high quality,faster lead times and increased production capacity.
Requirements:
1.University degree in mechanical engineering/material/science discipline or related.
2.Minimum of 2-3 years'experience at quality inspection in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
3.Knowledge of ISO 9000/14000/13485 etc.
4.Knowledge in quality tools such as 6 Sigma and SPC.
5.Strong ability to communicate and relate with peers,sub-contractors and vendors.
6.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications to include Word,Excel,Outlook,and PowerPoint etc.
7.Well organized.
8.Must be tactfulness,initiative and drive(visiting factories).Be familiar with the geographic conditions of Yangtze River Delta.
9.Good English language,especially in writing.Can make inspection report in English.
