职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Review and approve all inspection reports and certifications of compliance.
2.Develop and maintain adequate training plan for the inspectors.
3.Will select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications,reliability and regulatory requirements.
4.Manage documentation control,complaints,corrective actions etc.
5.Establish an effective supplier quality assurance procedure, and implement-audit same.
6.Utilize process/products audits,customer feedback,and other tools to drive continuous improvement.
7.Organize periodical audits internally and of suppliers,to make sure quality system take into effect.
8.ISO 13485 systems implementation,maintainence and control.
9.Continuously review systems and procedures for improvement,inclusive improvements in systems in house,in suppliers and sub-contractors.
10.Promote the use of proactive quality planning tools such as SPC,control plans,etc.as part of the prevention process.
11.Periodical reports.
Requirements:
2.Min.5 years working experience in quality inspection with at least 3 years in a leader role
3.Fluent English - written and oral
4.Required to have medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience
5.Excellent computer skills(word processing,spreadsheets,data base)
6.Knowledge in quality tools such as 6 Sigma and SPC. Lean Manufacturing experience would be a distinct advantage
7.Knowledge of ISO 13485 and experienced in quality certification application
8.Hands on, pay attention to details
9.Excellent interpersonal,communication skills
10. Must be well motivated,with good business acumen and willingness to achieve excellent results.
