- Maintain and enforce Company’s credit policy. 维护和加强公司的信用政策
- Establish and maintain credit limits and credit terms, review and approve changes of customer credit limits and payment terms under authorized level.建立和维护信用额度和信用期间，在授权范围内回顾和批准客户信用额度和付款时间。
- Review DSO report and AR analysis report and recommend appropriate collection plan. 回顾AR收款天数的报告和收款分析,提出收款方案。
- Develop the effective operation of credit control system (SAP) 在SAP系统发展有效的信用控制系统。
- Review sales contract to ensure terms and conditions are properly stated to protect Company’s interest and ensure the terms and conditions are followed. 回顾销售合同，确保合同的条件和条款保障公司的利益，同时确保执行合同的条款和条件
- Recommend customer credit privileges and decide when or whether to provide bad debt reserve, whether to write off overdue balance, identifying recurring problems that require corrective action.
推荐和在授权范围内决定客户信用，决定什么时候计提坏账准备或是否可核销坏账，对重复发生的事情，提出纠正的方案。
- Closely work with sales or commercial team, monitor customer payments to speed up collection and discover problematic accounts as early as possible.和销售和商务团队紧密合作，加快收款，尽早发现问题。
- Train and lead associates to achieve DSO target. 培训和领导下属取得DSO目标
- Ensure compliance to meet internal control requirement by Revenue Policy, making appropriate proposal to Senior Financial Controller to enhance internal control. 确保公司的收入确认符合内部控制的要求，向公司的财务总监能够提出建议，从而提高内部控制。
