JOB SUMMARY 职位概述

Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring that component and product manufacturing processes are capable of consistently producing components/product which meets Division’s Quality specifications and requirements.

质量保证员负责零部件及产品制造过程始终如一的符合质量规格及要求。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 基本工作任务和职责

1. During the Product Development cycle Quality Assurance will work with Quality Engineering to determine if Supplier’s manufacturing plan is capable of assuring Division’s quality goals are met and the product transitions smoothly from Piloting through Production start.

在产品开发阶段，质量保证员须和质量工程师合作来裁定供应商的生产计划是否能满足质量目标，产品是否能够顺利的从产品试制过渡到产品批量生产。

2. Quality Assurance will provide support to Dorel China Engineering/Suppliers relative to manufacturing process quality. Such support will consist of, but not be limited to, process control plans, work station instructions, and training in manufacturing best practices.

质量保证员须向Dorel中国工程师或供应商提供生产过程中质量方面的相关支持，包括但并不局限于以下：过程控制计划、工作站说明及精益生产培训。

3. Train Quality Inspectors in Division requirements, process controls, and work station instructions to ensure a full understanding of expectations.

对质量检验员进行质量要求、过程控制、工作站说明方面的培训，使之能有全面的了解。

4. Support Quality Assurance Supervisor to monitor and audit Quality Inspectors work performance to ensure inspections plans are met, and techniques/results remain consistent.

支持质量保证主管监控审计质量检验员的工作表现，确保验货计划完成，技术/结果保持一致。

5. Ensure that all Quality Assurance/Inspection documentation is maintained properly.

维护质量保证/验货文件。

6. Ensure that all Quality Assurance/Inspection reports are published in a timely manner and that information compiled is complete and accurate.

确保所有质量保证/验货报告完整地、准确地、及时地发布。

7. Provide lead quality support for NCR’s and CAR’s.

对NCR 和 CAR 提供质量领导支持。

8. Monitor implementation of ECN during inspections to ensure engineering changes occur as specified and on schedule.

在验货阶段，监控ECN完成进度，确保工程变化按计划发生。

9. Assist in the development of a quality improvement strategy from Division, inspection, consumer, and retailer quality data and work with supplier to implement strategy plans.

质量改进策略来源于验货、消费者及零售商质量数据，在该策略发展过程中，提供协助，并和供应商完成策略计划。

10. Conduct periodic audits of suppliers’ manufacturing process to identify and implement quality improvements and cost reduction.

定期审计供应商的生产过程，识别及完成质量改进及成本节约。

11. Provide Quality Inspection support on an as needed basis.

若有需要，提供质量检验支持。

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. College Degree, Technical Degree or above (post High School degree required)

大学文凭，中专文凭或以上(高中学历以上)

2. Experience with Juvenile Products, Toys, Furniture, or Bicycle is preferred

有婴童产品、玩具、家具或自行车经营者优先

3. Knowledge of plastic molding, metal fabrication, fabric manufacturing, and/or component or assembly manufacturing processes.

懂塑胶模具、金属制造、布料制造，或零部件组装制造过程。

4. Over 3-years working experience in Quality related field is a must.

须3年以上相关质量领域工作经验

5. Good understanding and working experience in Quality assurance and Quality improvement is a must

须理解质量保证和质量改进，有质量保证和质量改进的工作经验。

6. Experience on Lean Manufacturing is preferred

有精益制造工作经验者优先

7. Proficient in English reading and writing. Good spoken English desired

良好的英文读写能力，口语能力佳更好。

8. Knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

能使用Microsoft办公软件：Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

9. Good communication skills.

良好的沟通能力。

10. No color blindness. (QAI will be required to inspect products for color accuracy during production).
