Coffeehouse Director /Restaurant Manager


International coffee restaurant chain from overseas will open soon in Ningbo. We are seeking a person with a minimum of 2 years experience in management of a small restaurant, café, coffeehouse, or coffee bar. The Manager will be working directly with international English speaking management, so spoken English is important for this position. You must be willing to travel for training. Holding a passport for international travel is helpful for this position, but not required.

Responsibilities include:
1. Managing and Training Staff of 20+ (full & part-time workers)
2. Marketing of the business in the immediate area
3. Scheduling Staff
4. Managing supplies
5. Coordinating suppliers
6. Ensuring efficient and clean operation of kitchen and service area
7. Become familiar with all aspects of coffee and the coffee industry
8. Oversee any construction or repair of the coffee house
Report to and consult with Chief Operations Officer, Marketing Manager, etc.
