Main responsibilities are but not limited to:

1.Purchase order coordination and between Austin Headquarters and China and SE Asia based vendors.
2.Monitoring and updating order information in our database to accurately reflect purchase order status.
3.Reporting issues with vendors to Deputy Operation Manager
4.Sourcing/Purchasing of materials deemed significant by Operations Manager.
5.Swatch follow up
6.Part Request follow up
7.Update shipping report and Inventory Management System
8.Chargeback request tracking
9.To assist Manager for related works
10.Other Tasks deemed by Management

Requirements
Excellent English skill, TEM8 prefer
Excellent Communication skill
Experience with Office 2010
Be able to resolve issues
Bachelor degree
Ability to work with a team
Careful, honest, responsible, patient & Hardworking
Lots of energy
Reference from other companies are required
Be able to start working now
