岗位职责：
1. 管理和协调操作部的整体运作；
2. 负责合理安排操作部成员的日常工作分配；
3.负责内外贸业务单证操作管理及与客户协调沟通
4. 公司核心客户的维护与跟踪；
5. 负责处理操作中的突发事件与客户投诉；

岗位要求：

1.有良好的英语水平，能有效和海外代理沟通；
2.熟悉国际货运代理行业的整套操作流程，能独立操作进出口及海运、空运业务，以及有开发维护国外代理的能力及经验；
3.良好的沟通和判断能力，独立工作能力强，能承受较大的工作压力；
4.有海外代理指定货操作经验者优先
