职位描述

Business Developer (业务开发 昆山/深圳):
Main Tasks:
1. Act as Team leader in business development
2. Ensure that all products are purchased according to the Best Buy principle
3. Work out annual Business plan to secure performance in Best-buy
4. Act as an Dorel representative to negotiate with suppliers according to Dorel values and guidelines
5. Constantly improve supplier performance to enhance full potentials for long term development
6. Map, explore and find new suppliers to create an efficient supplier structure
Qualification:
1. Rich experience in sourcing and purchasing in Juvenile, toy and soft -line industry
2. Strong knowledge about cost drivers, materials and production conditions
3. Self-driven with open and positive mind
4. Strategic thinking with business sense
5. Leading business as well as handling changes
6. A constant desire to improve and look for better solutions
7. Result-oriented, commitment and action
8. Show integrity, honesty and reliability in interpersonal relations
9. Fluent oral and written English
10. Be able to travel frequently
