KEPLER is a consulting firm specialized in Optimized Operating Margin.

In order to develop our chinese subsidiary specialized in sourcing, supply chain and operations management (lean management, industrial strategies···), we are looking for a Manager.
Industries: automotive, industrial equipment, retail, cosmetic, luxury

Job Description :

The manager oversees the operational work of the team and the proper execution of missions at the client's place.
He ensures the proper execution of the contract and the project runs smoothly.
So the manager will:
? Enforce the schedule
? Ensure the achievement of objectives written in the contract
? Assess the project's financial viability and deepen team commitment
He also contributes to personal and professional development of consultants during projects for which he is responsible.
The manager is the key link between the Client, the Director and the team: he communicates and validates the project's progress with each of the parties to obtain and maintain customer satisfaction.
Internally, the Manager is the primary point of communication between Partners and consultants.
The manager is also responsible for the facilitation and promotion of internal transformation projects in KEPLER. These projects are related to business development topics or sustainable processes in Kepler.

During the realization of a project, as a manager you will:

? set objectives and define procedure in cooperation with the Client Project Manager
? define and control validation process for deliverables
? ensure operational management
? validate results and necessary means to reach the target
? anticipate possible risks and opportunities for the project, in cooperation with the client project manager
? maintain team cohesion and motivation
? be exemplary and embodied the values of KEPLER
? identify risks in operational team and ensure KEPLER implementation plan regarding these risks
? give the opportunity to KEPLER's team members to improve themselves (setting personal goals, providing regular feedback )

Wanted profile :
Experience: You are 30 years old with 5 years of work experience (3 years minimum in a consulting environment). Strong expertise in one of the following areas: purchasing, supply chain or lean management. International work experience is essential.

Language skills: Fluent in English, Proficiency in the local language Working proficiency in French is also an asset

Organized, you are able to validate the roles client / KEPLER, establish a work plan and prioritize actions. You control the decision-making process and validation process.
You have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel in China and abroad
