Job Description

Responsible for working as a global team member in providing support in the identification of strategic sourcing best practices, data analysis, process optimization, improvement process changes : The Business Analyst will work with the global Sourcing teams to:

？ Serve as change agent to actively drive the optimization and adaptation of strategic sourcing best practices
？ Create proper documentation for sourcing process related changes / improvements
？ Provide end user training related to existing processes and process changes
？ Lead regional compliance efforts
？ Ensure that all processes adhere to the global Celanese standards and are compliant with SOX


Job Requirments

？ General Knowledge of Sourcing business processes
？ Analytical skill/approach, reports and analyzes process and results improvement
？ Able to complete projects and accomplish objectives with limited direction
？ Good communication skills - Able to effectively communicate with peers and two levels up in Celanese and partner organizations globally
？ Fluent English (written and spoken)
