The recruitment is for a new start-up cooperation project between ECS and Martinrea Honsel, a valuable opportunity for outstanding talents with ambitions.

Supervisor: VP Operations


Job Summary:
Managing the plant under determination of costs, quality and deadlines. Permanent optimizing of the processes, costs and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
Industry-sector-specific education, commercial knowledge
Preferably state certified engineer or graduate engineer
Management experience

(Main) Responsibilities:
- Managing, steering and permanent optimizing of the plant processes
- Cost management of the plant and monitoring of productivity
- Steering and over-viewing production, Engineering, HR, Purchasing
- Guidance of quality demands regarding quality and quantity targets
- Responsible for compliance of regulations and laws regarding work safety and environment
- Contact with customers and suppliers - internal and external

Back-up duties
- Willing to travel
- Fluent English
- Experience in casting technologies is preferred
