Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer _ Assembly

Location: Ningbo, Zhejiang, China

POSITION SUMMARY

- To perform the manufacturing engineering function for special projects, production lines, cost reduction, and continuous improvement thru analytical approach.

- Develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications, safety requirements and quality standards.

- Recommends and implements improvements to processes, methods and controls and product design. Ensure safe working practices are designed into all processes.

- Interacts with all levels of the organization as a team to produce and be accountable for desired results.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Should be have the more experience in the assembly line of auto plant

- Should be have ISO-TS16949 quality knowledge

- Should be have elementary of English, but have spoken English

- Should be have mechanic specialty

- Spirit of the team work.

- Troubleshoots minor controls issues on equipment

- Be responsible for site safety, health, security and emergency systems awareness.

- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

- University or College Graduate with the Major in Mechanical or Mechtronic.

- The position requires at least 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing. Experience in automotive industry is preferred

- Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control tools (Minitab etc) is required Proficiency with Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook) is required.

- Good Computer skills in office software and AutoCAD.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

- Language, Fluent English, German is a plus.
