Title：QAC/OE support manager
Location：Hefei
Department：QA Center

Position Target
The QAC/OE support manager will manage the customer interface on Quality related matters. Represent the company interest at our customer’s and represent the customer within the company.

Responsibilities
1. Customer quality system requirements: identify, filter, formalize , apply and guarantee customer quality system requirements throughout the organization. Ensure consistency of the company Quality documentation with customer manuals
2. Represent the QA center during OE development project
3. Ensure achievement and analysis of customer satisfaction survey
4. Ensure customer satisfaction measurement through the follow up of customer complaints. Negotiate with the customer SQE quality targets such as 0km ppm , market ppm ,…
5. Ensure customer complaint full treatment , through a coordination with after Sales, R&D, factories, logistics, as appropriate
6. Manage the deviations from OE specs, in agreement with customer
7. Support the achievement of Design Reviews for OE development
8. Support the factory during OE visit/audits. Answer quality related questionnaires

Qualification
1. Bachelor or above degree in Engineering, chemistry, mechanics.
2. Possibly 4 or 5 years in a QA senior position or IE experience in an automotive OEM, or supplier of an OEM
3. Knowledge of statistical technics + problem solving tools
4. Knowledge of main norms ISO/TS16949, deep knowledge of customer manuals ( VDA6.3 , Formel Q , Q1 ,… as appropriate) and requirements
5. Deep knowledge of tire manufacturing and control
6. Knowledge of relations between tires characteristics, process parameters and tire performance
7. Fluent in English
8. Effective interpersonal & communication skills
9. Ability to work in an aggressive and dynamic team
10. Ability to plan , organize and implement multiple tasks
11. Team work ability , coaching ability
12. Diplomatic attitude
13. Ability to resist pressure
14. Should be able to travel
