Key responsibilities:

1. Develop & lead the sales & marketing organization into next phase of sales expansion

2. Establish key accounts operation, search & develop major key accounts

3. Develop sale strategy & yearly business plan

4. Ensure strong market & business intelligence to meet sales objectives of growth & margin

5. Establish adequate compliance & control

6. Improve sales operation from contract, scaling to invoice & collection

7. Review & improve on current team capability to meet growth challenges

8. Manage a sizable sales organization of sales manager, market intelligent manager, sales admin & sales operation field department

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree of Forestry or Marketing majors,

2. More than 5 years working experience in Marketing and sales

3. International enterprise experience is advance

4. Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin languages

5. Good team player and nice personality

6. At least 3 yeas managerial experience

7. Familiar with wood sales, strategy planning and marketing

8. Able to travel abroad

9. Enthusiastic and energetic
