Responsibilities:
A. Analyzing, planning, rationalizing
1 Analyzing and diagnosing faults with the aid of diagnosis systems, and specification of malfunction on complex operating equipment
2 Establishing and evaluating the actual state of the individual components; determination of the reason for wear
3 Preparation of a wear forecast and derivation of the necessary consequences for future use
4 Definition of the type and scope of malfunction and damage elimination (quality, costs, deadlines)
5 Preparation of suggestions for eliminating weak-spots and avoiding damage (e.g. for new purchases/designs)
6 Preparation of servicing plans and coordinating measures for the optimization of maintenance, inspection and servicing work (cycles, materials, expenditure)
7 Specification and acquisition of service parts and materials to be used (quantity, quality) to ensure operating equipment availability
8 Planning and calculating servicing measures, as well as dismantling, transporting, assembling and commissioning complex operating equipment (new plant, conversions, transfers)
9 Evaluating the quality of production methods, if appropriate deriving and implementing improvement measures in agreement with the production divisions
B. Repairs, maintenance, servicing and improvement
1 Carrying out troubleshooting and eliminating the causes of faults on operating equipment with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components
2 Replacement of faulty components, putting operating equipment into operation and handing it over to production
3 Repairing faulty components taking economic aspects into account
4 Preparing service parts according to drawings, sketches and samples
5 Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work to operating equipment according to existing repair plans
6 Involvement in the preparation of repair plans to optimize maintenance, servicing and repair work (cycles, materials, expenditure)
7 Involvement in the recording and coding of service parts and materials to be used (quantity, quality) to ensure operating equipment availability
8 Documenting the activities carried out using a computer-supported repairs system (feedback, damage code, description of fault)
9 Providing support for the dismantling and mounting of electric component assemblies taking the valid regulations into account
C. Modification
1 Carrying out dismantling, transport and assembly of complex operating equipment (new plants, conversions, relocations)
2 Manufacturing of additional and auxiliary equipment on the basis of workshops and complaints for optimizing production processes taking ergonomic and qualitative points of view into account (drawings, sketches, verbal agreements)
3 Installing additional mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components on operating equipment (drawings, sketches, verbal agreements)

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or related major.
2. Up to 3 years related working experience, automotive field experience is preferable.
3. Knowledge of the various machine control systems and different production methods and their process parameters.
4. PC knowledge within the context of the tasks to be dealt with.
5. Fluent English in oral and written

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
