Responsibilities:
A Quality tasks, lab
1 Create offers for implementing C samples taking into account internal and external capacities (in compliance with the budget for the sampling phase)
2 Coordination, arrangement and responsibility for tests (C sample, re-qualification and in-series testing) taking into account functional, economic and schedule-based perspective and/or general guidelines (including the release of appropriate lab reports)
3 Involvement in, coordination of and/or execution of tests on dimensioning and variance tolerances of parts and devices
4 Involvement in the preparation of technical design- and development-based proposed solutions for reducing fault tolerances
5 Requesting and in part the development of new test and measuring devices and/or improvement of existing devices
6 Awarding of testing orders and orders for test device parts to be procured
7 Develop/prepare and change test and measurement programs using IT, where applicable, definition of methods, scope and aims for test and measurement orders
8 Preparation of technical reports, assessments and releases based on functional and reliability checks
9 Playing a part in the product release and series launch
10 Ensure customer requirements are met, quick, comprehensive information on schedules, costs, feasibility, technology and test strategy vis-a-vis internal and external departments
11 Involvement in quality planning tasks
12 Analysis and expertise of defective or rejected parts or devices from Production or the customer (0 km- and field rejections
13 Processing complaints, carrying out meetings with internal positions and customers, in order to eliminate device and material faults
14 Preparing a monthly status report based on the test scope and results and cost-center-based internal cost calculation
15 Deployment of personnel in line with their qualifications within the organizational unit; targeted guidance and support for staff in the fulfillment of their duties
16 Cost-conscious handling and support for processes of improvement in terms of Q-K-T; ensuring that cost objectives are met; monitoring the compliance with statutory, operative regulations and those based on collective agreement

Carrying out other tasks related to this position
(Including examining and evaluating suggestions for improvement, as well as complying with industrial safety and environmental protection measures pertaining to the scope of duties)

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, science major related.
2. Fluent English in oral and writing, proficient computer skills.
3. Up to 3 years related work experience.
4. Good knowledge of quality assurance, communication techniques, project management.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
