JOB SUMMARY 工作概述
The Quality Manager manages overall quality functions in Fuel Systems
He/she manages all customer concerns dealing with Fuel Systems and supplier concerns as well as PPAP’s
The Quality Manager also coordinates/compiles data for reporting on Fuel Systems progress (Monthly reports)
MAIN MISSION 主要职责:
Support customer concerns/complaints
Support quality technicians with production quality issues/concerns
Support SQE’s with supplier concerns
Handle personnel issues (conflict resolution, scheduling, etc.)
Validate/manage quality system
Manage testing material and procedure
Stop production in case of quality issue
Ensure the management of its personnel in terms of evaluation and evolution
Participate in defining the training plan for its service
Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures
Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and promote safety awareness
Coordinate with other depts. from quality side
Participate in defining the training plan for its service

Must successfully complete all required training

Can stop production

Corrective actions closed
Internal scrap / external PPM
Audits
On time corporate reporting, local reporting
Answer customer claim in time
COMPETENCES AND EDUCATION BACKGROUND
能力及教育背景：
Must have thorough knowledge of customer requirements
Working knowledge of Process(blow molding, machining, assembly, test, tooling), Product and Application
Good problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data
Ability to maintain working relationship with internal and external customer
Bachelor degree
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 工作经验要求:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Industrial Company
至少8年的制造业工作经验
