JOB SUMMARY

The Auditor is responsible to execute compliance audit pertaining to Dorel QMS requirements and Supplier Code of Conduct, and report to division and sourcing dept the degree and status of compliance. The auditor will provide relevant services such as supplier training, CAP driving, and remedial actions coordination and etc to help sister division of Dorel China to understand the risk of supplier in compliance and to drive suppliers for continuous improvement in QMS and Social Compliance.

The auditor is also responsible for coordinating with division, sourcing dept, retailers and suppliers on retailer audit program related to QMS, Social Compliance/Ethic Standards and or Supply Chain Security ( such as CTPAT ), with activities including but not limited to, providing introduction and or training to suppliers to help understand retailers' requirements and or policy, external audit coordination, CAP driving with suppliers and remedial actions organizing with division and respective parties of DGSO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Communicate with Divisions, Souring and other related depts in DGSO, and suppliers for the requirement on Quality system and social compliance and responsibility.

2. Workout Monthly Audit Plan based on Annual Audit strategy and supplier performance.

3. Conduct the audit according to the Audit Plan

4. Report the Audit result

5. Track, push, and verify the corrective action to the audit findings

6. Support customer and retailer audit program related to Ethical Standard, QMS and etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

1. University Degree or above

2. At least 3-year working experience in Quality System field, and at least 2-year working experience in social compliance field;

3. Certified ISO9000 Auditor;

4. Certified Auditor of TS16949 or the like is preferred

5. Certified SA8000 Auditor is preferred

6. Good understanding and practicing on quality system implement and or audit, and social compliance program implementation and or audit;

SKILLS:

1. Good command of spoken and written English

2. Knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

3. Good communication skills
