Job Title 助理 销售经理 /销售经理

Reports to 分公司经理 /高级销售经理

Location 宁波

Purpose

  • 负责开发当地的进出口货量
  • 管理和控制当地的销售团队更好的服务客户,完成计划指标。

Primary Responsibilities

  • 促进销售团队完成预算和上级要求完成的任务。
  • 提供当地详细的市场信息以协助业务绩效考核与评价。
  • 支持分公司/区域销售经理制定、调整和实施整体销售战略和指令。
  • 研究分析市场上的客户和竞争对手来确定市场上的机遇和挑战。
  • 管理并分配适当的资源给销售人员以实现本区域的销售目标。
  • 确定培训需求和机会来发展一个高素质的销售团队。.
  • 必要的情况下督促个人的销售业绩。
  • 根据不同的销售计划执行和监控销售行为。
  • 协助操作和客服以实现客户帐户整合。
  • 完成年度的进出口毛利和总立方数的目标预算,实现利润最大化。
  • 对上级分配的客户(特别是大公司客户)账户进行管理。.
  • 追踪跟进新客户,重新找回流失客户。
  • 分析市场潜力,向上级提出长远发展建议,诸如开某个新的直拼点。
  • 根据不同销售的才能和经验分配适当的客户或划分区域。.
  • 负责发展销售人员,,确保任何时间都有一支完整的销售团队。
  • 确保销售遵守公司的销售守则。

Other Responsibilities

· 完成上级交待的其他任务。.

Qualifications / Experience

· 4-5 以上工作经验,3年以上的物流货代行业从业经验。

· 2年以上在管理岗位管理销售团队的经验。

· 流畅的普通话表达能力,善于书面、口头交流。

· 流利的英语口语及书写能力。

JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Title Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Reports to Station Manager / Senior Sales Manager

Location Ningbo


Purpose
Responsible for developing locally controlled business for export and import.
Manage and control the local sales team to achieve the budget and serve the customers.

Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate the sales team to achieve the budget and the project as assigned by the management.
Provide local market specific information to facilitate business performance review & evaluation.
Support the Station Manager/Regional Sales Manager to devise, fine tune and implement overall sales and marketing strategy and directives.
Drive market profiling, customer/competitor research & analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges.
Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of sales staff to the achievement of local / regional objectives and targets.
Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled sales team.
Monitor individual sales performance and take appropriate actions, wherever required.
Execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan.
Assure successful account integration to Operations and Customer Service.
Achieve yearly budget in regards to Gross profit and volume both export and import by maximizing profit margin.
Manage the accounts (especially the corporate accounts) assigned by the management.
Locate, secure and re-activate the new / lost customers.
Identify market potential and propose to the management for further development such as new Direct Box proposal.
Allocate the appropriate customer and/or territory to the sales team based on the talent and/or experience.
Manage the development of the sales staff and ensure to have a full sales team in place at all times.
Assure compliance with the sales process.

Other Responsibilities
· Other specific responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications / Experience
· Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years Industry experience.
· Minimum 2 years Sales management experience at a managerial position.
· Fluent Chinese / Mandarin, both Written / Speaking
· Good English Skills – Spoken and Written
