?Carry out the quality procedure rightly and adjust in time;
?Monitor whole production process, and make sure workers understand the importance clearly that comply with the product drawing, work instruction;
?Solve the quality issues in the workshop, and perform analysis and take actions together with team promptly;
?Handle new product review inclusive of technical specification, first article inspection during production;
?Perform internal NCR statistics and analysis during production for all products;
?Take part in review and analyze the Monthly Quality Report of all stages;
?Perform Control plan for some new projects;
?Perform related quality awareness for all workers;
?Assist Quality Manager to perform any other related affairs.

Requirements:
?Diploma or above, major in machinery or related;
?Enough practical technical experience (Read complex Mechanical Drawing, know related Mechanical Standard, and excellent operation experience in mechanical assembly, etc)
?5 years or above working experience in whole quality management process;
? Be familiar with quality management system ISO9001:2008 and technique QC controlling tools, and five tools of TS16949 etc;
?Related working experience in welding workshop;
?Fluent English
?Proficient in office software
?Good health condition
