If you are a motivated, customer-focused bi-lingual sales professional, with knowledge and relations about steel construction market, you may be the person we need. Now RMG Steel is currently seeking a Sales person to plan and develop our sales activity. Achieving identified sales targets while seeking for new customers. RMG Steel is a company which provides professional welding and other mechanical parts.
If you are selected for this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Build relationships with existing customers through sales calls / frequent contact; ensuring needs are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner
Identify, develop, and build relationships with new customers through sales calls / frequent contact; ensuring needs are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner
Provide market analysis and recommendations
Identify market areas / segments to penetrate, develop a plan and execute the plan to produce increased sales bookings and revenue results
Be responsible for daily sales activities/calls/visits/call reports, along with weekly / monthly reporting
Provide annual review of success and failures and analysis for coming year

Key requirements for consideration include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job related experience
5+ years of experience as sales/estimating or metal fabrication background
Bi-lingual (fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese)
Ability to develop and execute a sales plan with a proven history of results
Experience with outside sales and customer service , including making cold calls
Willingness to travel extensively
Experience with general metal fabrication, or mechanical background along with ability to read blueprints / drawings
Knowledge of steel construction and have relations within the steel construction field;Effective written and oral presentation skills / articulate, good communicator
Detail oriented and self-motivated
Ability to generate presentations using MS Office
