(1) Keep close contact with project team and collect related information, to timely and accuately update the Project Controlling Master Sheet, and send required data to project team timely.
(2) Check the payment requests according to company policies and budget approved, follow up payment status with to make sure no project delay due to payment issues; in charge of Fixed Assets/AUC and other booking in system.
(3) Support budget and rolling forecast of Ningbo plant, and provide timely and accurately cash flow forecast(for China Headquarter Treasury planning)
(4) Act as key user of Financial and Costing (FICO) module in LXP(new SAP system) and support Assets Management module setup.
(5) Other tasks assigned by F&A manager.

Value added : Project followup, SAP key user

Requirements of the incumbent :

Education :Graduated from junior college or above, majored in accounting or finance
Working Experience :
+ 8 years accounting experience (AP, FA, Costing), +2 years experience in controlling area(budget, forecast, variantion analysis), construction project experience is a plus
Technical skills :
at least Certificate of China Accountant , CICPA or ACCA is preferred

Language Skills :
Good command of English (Oral and Written), CET 6 or above is preferred
IT Skills :Fluent with MS office especially Excel skill, SAP experience is a MUST
Core competency :
Conscientious, Initiative, Willing to learn, Good communication skills, willing to work on multiple tasks under time pressure
