Administrative Assistant

Exafast is an established seller of high quality fastener products. We offer a comprehensive range of nuts, bolts, washers and custom fasteners in a variety of grades and specifications.
We are proudly Australian owned and managed and supply all types of industries across Australia including the mining, construction, earthmoving and automotive industries.
Our products are manufactured to stringent quality standards and tested at our NATA accredited in-house mechanical testing laboratory.

For our newly founded Chinese subsidiary in Ningbo we are looking for a highly motivated administrative assistant..

Reporting to: General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are grouped as follows:

1. Assistance to General Manager and Finance Manager

q Document management and filing

q Diary management and scheduling assistance

q Organisation of meetings, business trips etc.

q Translation of company documents, reports, emails etc.

q Provide administrative support as required

q Assist with Security of the building.

2. Information Technology Support

q Manage IT tasks and problems regarding Computers, printer, scanner, fax, phone system etc.

q Create Tickets on IT service provider, and follow through to closure.

3. General

q Stationary and postage

q Purchases for staff amenities (tea, coffee, milk, toiletries etc)

q Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of offices.

q Carry out other duties that may be reasonably required by the GM and Accountant

Requirements

q Min. Bachelor degree in relevant field

q Proven track of > 2 years relevant work experience

q Profound computer skills (Microsoft Office etc.)

q Fluent in English

q Flexible and hard working
