For our newly founded Chinese subsidiary in Ningbo we are looking for a highly motivated operations coordinator with profound experience.
Responsibilities:

q Responsibility for warehousing operations from goods inwards to delivery to customer. (excludes direct packing activities) 负责仓库货物的收发（不包括直接打包货物）
q Plan the packing schedule in advance to meet the delivery targets.为实现发货时间，提前制定发货计划
q Ensure goods are ready for shipment on time. 确保货物准时发货
q Print labels ahead of needs for packing. 打印需要包装的产品标签
q Forward planning of warehouse resource requirements and packing plan 仓库资源需求和包装计划的制定与发放
q Assure that all warehouse and packing supplies are available at the right time 确保仓库所有包装材料的及时到位
q Maintain warehouse and to exemplary standards of tidiness and cleanliness.维护仓库的清洁和整洁
q Use the Computer system to receipt and process stock.使用电脑系统进行库存维护
q Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the warehousing 发展并执行有关规定和流程，来确保仓库各方面的高效和准确性
q Measure and report efficiency and error rates in the warehousing process on a program agreed with the General Manager.经总经理同意，通过一定的流程预测并报告仓库的效率和错误率
q Manage external suppliers of freight to ensure high levels of service at acceptable cost.对对外供应商运费的管理，确保用合理的费用达到高效的服务
q Provide samples of each received batch to the laboratory for inspection and testing. 为实验室的检测和测试提供每批次的样品
q Prompt reporting of quality issues and follow-up of quality claims to ensure close-out.及时报告和反馈质量问题并进行跟踪
q Manage physical inventory storage, and identification to ensure stock accuracy. 管理库存盘点，确保库存的精确位置
q Undertake routine stock taking on a program agreed with the General Manager.经总经理同意，通过一定的流程确保安全库存
q Report on KPI’s to the General Manager on an agreed program.向总经理汇报KPI
q Plan, execute and follow up purchase orders on metal finishers.计划，执行并跟踪采购订单的表面处理
q Assist with the training of warehouse staff.协助培训仓库人员
q Manage the cleaners 管理清洁人员
q Responsibility for health and safety requirements in the offices and warehouse.对办公室和仓库的清洁和安全要求负责
q Record workers hours 记录工作时间
q Record and schedule routine equipment maintenance.记录并安排日常设备的维护


Requirements
要求
q Min. Bachelor degree in relevant field 本科学历，相关方向
q Proven track of > 5 years relevant work experience 确保5年以上相关工作经验
q Excellent computer skills (Inventory management, Microsoft Office etc.) 电脑操作熟练（MS OFFICE，库存管理等）
q Able to read English 可以阅读英语
q Flexible 灵活性高
q Hands on mentality 愿意动手去做的态度
