Job Description:
1.Developing and sourcing mould goods( mainly white appliance products) , handle sourcing requirements.
2.Monitoring and execution of quality policy of Pacific Access with Chinese suppliers; Performing factory audits, process audits and product inspections.
3.Sourcing more qualified suppliers to support the future development.
4.Following the technological developments and applying the new technologies by closely cooperating with the suppliers.
5. Increasing the efficiency of the supplier in production and delivery by closely monitoring the their production at site (On time delivery & zero defect rate).
6. Identify and solve faulty parts of the products.
7.Co-operating with logistic department to monitor the delivery schedule of the goods.
Qualifications:
1.University degree in (preferably Mechanical&Mould) Engineering.
2.Minimum 3 years experience in mold design, preferably TV / Air-condition and white appliance products.
3.Fluent in English, (written & spoken).
4.Can work under presure and willing to travel.
5.Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
6. Team player, analytical minded, able to use initiative, have leadership skills.
