亚马逊中国正在寻求敬业、勤奋、具有优秀分析能力,且以结果为导向的候选人,加入交易风险管理服务团队(TRMS)候选人将负责各类有关于在线电子商务的风险调查并进行解决。理想的候选人应具有电子商务领域付款、风险欺诈及调查、信息安全等方面的相关经验,并习惯于以客户为导向的工作环境。了解本国银行系统优先考虑。
该职位需要与公司内部团队和外部客户进行沟通。内部团队包括付款、销售、客服及物流等团队,外部客户包括买家以及卖家。除了风险调查,您将需要进行广泛的业务及技术知识的学习,学习如何领导醒目,如何改善运营和系统效率等。

Job Description
Amazon.com is seeking dedicated, hardworking, analytical candidates with a proven track record of performance and results-oriented thinking, to join the Transaction Risk Management Service (TRMS) Team (located in Beijing). Candidates will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and elimination of online eCommerce risk. Ideal applicants will have experience in the eCommerce payments space, risk and fraud investigations, previous trust and safety experience, and experience succeeding in a customer-driven workplace. Knowledge of Chinese bank systems will be a plus. All candidates will be analytical and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
This position requires interaction with external and internal clients. Internal clients include teams in Payments, Sales, Customer Service, Transportation…etc.; external clients include Buyers and Sellers. Besides investigation, you will also get to learn about wide range of operational and technical knowledge from associated internal teams, and learn how to lead projects such as improving operational and system efficiency.
The position relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals and will work under very limited supervision of the Manager. Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate customers and complex transactions and accounts. Nearly all decisions are expected to be made independently with little to no guidance and a high degree of accuracy.

? Demonstrated ability to work independently, make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance, and analyze problems logically
? Self disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented
? Strong time management and organizational skills
? Effectively prioritizes work time to ensure productivity and fulfills department standards for time spent
? Excellent ability to determine situational needs and provide appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
? Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns.
? Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver optimum results Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards

? Flexible schedule, including willingness to work on one of the days on weekends, and outside of the "standard" work day. Your shift will be either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday, and may work at night shift (8pm - 8am)
? Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirement
