WHO WE ARE
61 Quality Manager will be responsible for the outsourced products meet, exceed the quality target.
61 Co-work with PSO team, region, market, R&D, Product Line team and suppliers for NPI and MP continuous improvement.
61 As the contact window between supplier and sector Quality to transit information and follow up SCR reduction/DT elimination/CStaR.
61 Customer complaint follow up.
61 Maintain SCR database and Query, prepare related report.
A Typical Day at Work
61 Quality Manager of South Asia need take lead for supplier management and coordinate team members related activities.
61 Contact windows for BA to make sure effective communications and quick response. Cascade BA requirements, lesson learnt to sourced supplier, exchange supplier’s feedback, common concerns with BA.
61 NPI (New project Introduction): contact window of Elux R&D/Quality versus Supplier R&D/Quality/Production.
61 Monthly SCR/CStaR data analysis, continuous improvement and weekly meeting with supplier to push supplier provide the actions and tracking.
61 New factory/assembly line quality homologation audit (EL29002 audit).
61 ECR/ECN release and tracking.
61 IPA (Internal Process Audit) in the supplier production assembly line.
61 OQC (Outgoing Quality Controls) of finished product before to dispatch to BA warehouses.
61 Other jobs assigned by Manager.
职位要求：
Educational Background / Professional Qualification Requirement
61 College degree is required advanced degree preferred
61 Prefer mechanical/ electronic
Work Experience Requirement
61 At least 10 years in relevant Quality and Operations experience.
61 Experience in cooling appliance or similar consumer durables. Experience with Home Appliance manufacture area would be an advantage.
61 Experience in customer quality is preferred
61 Hands-on supplier audit experience is required.
61 Food Preservation quality or R&D background is preferred
61 Skill/Competence Requirement
61 Should have strong communication (fluent English), and people management/organizational, supplier quality management.
61 Strong time and plan management ability.
61 Familiar with problem solving approach, such as 8D, Fishbone….
61 Familiar with statistics is preferred.
61 Experience with Microsoft Office products.
61 Willing to travel as required.
