All About The Role
Quality Engineer will be responsible for the outsourced products meet, exceed the quality target.
Co-work with PSO team, region, market, R&D, Product Line team and suppliers for NPI and MP continuous improvement.
As the contact window between supplier and sector Quality to transit information and follow up SCR reduction/DT elimination/CStaR.
Customer complaint follow up.
Maintain SCR database and Query, prepare related report.
What You’ll Do
NPI (New project Introduction): contact window of Elux R&D/Quality versus Supplier R&D/Quality/Production.
ECR/ECN release and tracking.
IPA (Internal Process Audit) in the supplier production assembly line.
Monthly SCR/CStaR data analysis, continuous improvement and weekly meeting with supplier to push supplier provide the actions and tracking.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Controls) of finished product before to dispatch to Europe warehouses.
Market feedback/complain lesson learnt and sharing.
New factory/assembly line quality homologation audit (EL29002 audit).
Contact Window for Sector:
Corporate with Sector quality to clarify the SCR issue, getting defective parts, collecting more information for sector.
Organize the monthly SCR/DT review with Sector quality
Transit information between supplier and Sector Quality and drive SCR reduction/DT elimination
Customer complaint follow up

Qualification:
Educational Background / Professional Qualification Requirement
College degree is required advanced degree preferred
Prefer mechanical/ electronic
Work Experience Requirement
At least 5 years in relevant Quality and Operations experience.
Experience in cooling appliance or similar consumer durables. Experience with Home Appliance manufacture area would be an advantage.
Experience in customer quality is preferred
Hands-on supplier audit experience is required.
Food Preservation quality or R&D background is preferred
Skill/Competence Requirement
Should have strong communication, organizational, quality management.
Strong time and plan management ability
Familiar with problem solving approach, such as 8D, Fishbone….
Familiar with statistics is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Willing to travel as required.
Personal Characteristics Requirement
Team work; Willing to do; Dedicated; Integrity; Objective, Probity and honest working style
Language ability Requirement
English and Chinese Mandarin
Computer literacy Requirement
Personal computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
Location:
You will be based at the Shunde Office or Zhongshan.
