1、初中以上学历，具有热处理行业工作经验一年以上；
2、能熟练操作热处理设备，有操作真空炉、回火炉等热处理设备。

备注：该岗位一定要有2年以上热处理相关工作经验，没有热处理工作经验的不予考虑
