· Are you a talented QC Supervisor with experience from the indoor furniture industry and have a strong desire for continuous improvement?

As quality control supervisor for indoor furniture your focus will be to ensure the right quality is shipped to our customers on time. Your knowledge of production, materials, surface treatment and packaging will enable you to make the correct decision according to our quality standards.

You will be a part of our China team (North of China) and an important part of our China Team. You will daily be in contact with colleagues in our Shanghai office.
Knowledge of quality requirements, materials, surface treatment, processes and packaging will enable you to support supplier and Flow of Goods department.
Your main tasks include:
· QC team daily management.
· QC inspection planning.
· Provide technical assistance to suppliers.
· Train TP QC and suppliers in our quality level.
· Communicate with suppliers and colleagues regarding rework and re-inspections.
· Inform colleagues about order status based on findings in factory.
· Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions at suppliers to ensure continuous.
· Maintain the quality level for the customer.
· Follow up the corrective action for the claim.
· Difficult problems solving.

Detail oriented and analytical profile
You have a minimum of 5 years working experience as QC supervisor or lead for Indoor furniture or similar experience from production. Work experience for a major international company an advantage.

For the position we furthermore expect you to:
· Have a great technical understanding and strong knowledge of production and quality requirements.
· Have extensive experience with indoor furniture for international customers.
· Demonstrate strong sense of responsibility and have a proactive approach.
· Be structured and detail oriented in your work.
· Familiar with Qarma system and EN standard.
· Have the experience with quality controlling management.
· Have a college degree.
· Willing to travel when needed.
· English writing an advantage.
