Provide first-level IT support to end-users. Ensure that IT requests are handled swiftly and that incidents are attended to and corrected within the defined service level agreements. Lead the deployment of approved IT equipment as recommended by the District IT Manager Yantze, Bohai Bay, the Area Head of IT Greater China and/or members of the Corporate IT Competence Center Asia Pacific. Improve current IT processes, procedures and documentation for a more effective IT setup.
1.Take ownership and handle IT incidents logged in the service desk
2.Escalate IT incidents to the IT Systems team when necessary
3.Provide IT incident corrective measures and document them for future reference
4.Enfore Corporate IT standards by strictly following the Corporate IT manual
5.Coordinate with the management of District Yantze, Bohai Bay for accurate sizing and provisioning of IT equipment and connectivity
6.Provide IT requirements for office expension, relocation and closure
7.Keep accurate and centralized record of all IT equipment and related maintenance agreements
8.Maintain all objects in Active Directory through the agreed life-cycle process
9.Liase with suppliers for the purchase of equipment

Educational background / Work experience:
Academic qualification in IT or equivalent
