岗位职责：
1、负责佛山工厂热处理的生产管理和工艺管理。
2、监督热处理生产制造工艺其在现场的实施并持续改进。
3、负责热处理生产工艺knowhow研发，试验实施的主要工作。
4、监督生产设备及检测设备操作指导书在现场的实施及持续改进；协助热处理生产的5S管理规范在现场的推广实施和持续改进。
5、协调工作指令单的下达实施，确保客户的准时送达
6、热处理不良质量分析与改善，协助销售解决客户在材料使用或加工中对热处理的相关要求。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，机械（模具设计）、热处理工艺或金属材料相关专业优先考虑。
2、具有3年以上热处理工作经验，熟悉热处理生产工艺，真空淬火及回火，深冷工艺等（必须条件）。
3、具有良好的热处理生产管理经验。
