职位描述
Excellent project management and to gain new business thereby increasing sales and profitability for PPG Refinish through the development of relationships, programs and creating a high profile for PPG within OEM Aftermarket Divisions, and Automotive Dealer Group Customers.
1. Excellent project management for sales & PC growth and sustainable development.
1) Drives project sales turnover & profit growth through visits and surveys of assigned key accounts to understand the client's strategy and operating model.
2) Develop annual sales targets and strategies for each project, drives the region sales and distributors to expand market position and achieve sales targets
3) Maintain customer relationships at all levels, including after-sales service, procurement, technical, training, marketing etc. and develop long-term customer development plans
4) Regularly review and proactively lead the adjustment of the product portfolio solution for each project, to meet the latest VOC regulatory and profitability requirements.
5) Coordinate different department well within customer and company internally, and handling of complaints, various service support etc.
2. New business development, to gain new *** approval or new central billing projects.
1) Understand the Refinish market and its trends, ability to identify potential opportunities and project key stakeholders or decision-making mechanism.
2) Defines product/solution/digitalization/service-related competences and know-how requirements at the new key account.
3) Responsible for the entire bidding process for new projects, includes interpreting tender docs, check and review technical documents, drafting the bidding proposals and quotations.
4) After winning the project, coordinate all relevant departments of the company and distributors/service providers to ensure the project can be moved forward in an orderly manner.
5) Monitor competitors’ doing and interact with regional sales team or other related departments, figure out action plan to expand market share.
Requires:
1. Rich experience in OEM KA management, aftersales project is preferred
2. High level of PC skills, including Word Processing, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Databases
3. Good cross-functional coordination and leadership
4. Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
5. Communicating capability in English
