- For our Industry Sector in Beijing we are looking for a BU Commercial Manager (m/f) at the earliest opportunity.
- The BU Controlling Manager leading the BU together with BU General Manager, direct and controls the following activities within BU: accounting, finance, controlling, audit, risk/assets management and taxes. Responsible for financial planning, controlling, reporting, and business administration support for the BU. Controls the processing, controlling of project BU and is the corresponding interface to the Purchasing and the Legal department.

What are my responsibilities?
- Cooperation with BU GM in leading the BU, responsible for Finance and BA.
- Planning, reporting and controlling of key financial data.
- Business administration of / for all functions in the BU.
- Implement productivity improvement measures and possible cost reductions.
- Coordinate internal and external interfaces regarding business administration activities (locations / SLC Copr. Depart. s/ JVs / SAG /suppliers / customers / authorities).
- Ensure a compliant business behavior; Be a "role" model in the organization; Support the compliance organization in their tasks and duties; Escalate detected compliance risks / issues in a timely manner within the organization.
- Manages business administration department, responsible for qualification level of subordinates.
- Ensures adherence to regulations within his area of responsibilities.
- Ensure a sufficient liquidity by i.e. actively controlling and managing inventories, A/R and the order backlog.

- Ensure adherence to Siemens Risk and internal control standards (RIC) including SOA.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 5-10 years of experience in the commercial controlling and/or field of accounting
- Subject matter management experience mandatory, disciplinary management experience depends on BU specific requirement
- Experience in at least two of the business types: product, solution or service business, project business
- Experience as sales commercial (i.e. Regional Commercial Manager)
- 2 or 3 years experiences in cost center and/or Sales, project management experience a plus
- Experience in associated costing (costing guidelines, GG-specific regulations); opportunity and Risk Management; Project planning and reporting (BP, Board, BU Project list)
- Operational monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; Budget and forecast planning (cosBU and profit center)
