DEL is a key role for a production unit, who drives the team to meet the flawless production target and develop the team. Key abilities as below:

3. Understands unit needs, strategy and objectives

4. Good Decision making ability

5. Good Root Cause Analysis skills

6. Good Prioritizing capabilities

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Familiar with typical chemical process equipment;

2. Good process safety knowledge;

3. Basic chemical and materials knowledge;

4. Experience in leading a production unit

5. Team player and leader sense, have experience in leading and develop team.

6. Continuously improving sense

7. Good decision making and prioritizing capabilities;

8. Good interpersonal skills

9. Bachelors or Above

 

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Data sensitive and analysis skills;

2. Understanding of safety rules and regulations;

3. 6 sigmal and lean knowledge and experience;

4. multi-task player, able work under pressure;

5. Manages conflict and drive engagement;

6. PHA and MOC knowledge
