Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

-Standardized:

1. Executes the sales plan and is responsible for achieving objectives in regards revenue, volume and contribution for each Sales Rep and Inside Sales.

2. Constantly evaluates the sales results, finds the gaps of each Sales Rep and defines actions plan focus in the Preparation of the visit, Sales Training needs and Recruitment process.

3. Supports Office GM/Branch Manager to evaluate the client portfolios, identify and develop potential clients, update the portfolio of Sales Reps and propose to the local Office GM/Branch Manager the reasons to remove client from Portfolio.

4. Supports the SOP process, makes sure that all clients are included and volumes are in line with both historical performance and market trend,

5. Checks CRT and CFM to make sure that data are timely, qualifiedly updated, and monitors Sales Rep’s daily performance to make sure that sale procedures and target are strictly followed.

6. Constantly evaluates the sales result, finds the gaps of each Sales Rep, defines actions plan in accordance with Agency HQ and monitors the implementation.

7. Finish and combine reports. For example, Performance Measurement of Agencies and etc as per HQ’s request.

8. Assist Branch Manager to handle other commercial issues.

Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job):

Education: Above college degree.

Experience: Above 5 years’ experience in shipping industry

Language: Fluent in oral and written English

Computer Literacy: Good computer skills. (CRT, Qlikview, CFM, Excel, Word)

Specialist Knowledge: Shipping Market knowledge /Product knowledge in Line

Essential Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data./ Ability to communicate effectively.
