Sourcing Specialist (采购专员）

Main Duties:

1. Be the contact window with product manager from headquarter for product development.

2. Source for supplier and product up to requirements

3. Can carry out factory audit with quality department, being able to make judgement about the qualification of the factories and come to summary/conclusion for further recommendation to product manager (foreign colleagues)

4. Be able to understand inquiries from product manager about specifications requirement, craft requirement, etc. For unclear points, can communicate efficiently with product manager

5. Be able to provide options and personal analysis that helps the company to make decision accordingly

6. Negotiate for favourable terms, price and support from suppliers for the company

7. Be responsible for continuous purchasing cost down for the company

8. Handle and solve issues rise up from supplier side.

9. Coordinate with supplier for support required by other department from the company.

10. Maintain product and supplier information in ERP system

Requirements:

1. Quick learner of products, technics and technologies

2. Good communication skills, problem solver

3. Great sense of responsibilities, follow through and achieve target

4. Team player, ready to help problems between supplier and other department of the company.

5. Good English speaker

6. Good MS skills

7. Experience with ERP system is a plus
